Profile

Drawn to the genre of Hyperrealism, Adrian’s work mimicks the digital imagery of photography. However, upon closer inspection, it is revealed that the original works surpass the flatness of plane associated with a photograph. Through a carefully controlled blending of subtle background abstractions, the main focal subject is prominently staged, thereby creating a Hyperreality. Adjustments are considered and made at all levels during the painting process in order to create the most convincing life-like interpretation of the original source.
